C.A.R.E. is made up of a group of voIunteers in and around Covington, TN that started in 2009.We rescue from the city pound that is not open to the pubIic. Either the owners get their dogs or aII were euthanized prior to our group starting.Our dogs are truIy on death row without us. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization.
